The WAZA Executive Office will issue letters and confirmation of registration for your visa applications. Please note that you must be fully registered and conference fees must be paid in full to receive a letter of invitation. If for some reason, your travel visa is denied and you are therefore unable to attend the conference, you will receive a full registration refund of your payment by the Zoo Cologne. Thank you.
